Services
- My services are generally focused on people and families who came to the north Olympic Peninsula in Washington state, particularly to Jefferson County and Clallam County: where they came from, what brought them here, and what they did once they were here.
- In-depth historical and genealogical research.
- I am available to travel to nearby counties including Island County, Kitsap County, Mason County, Grays Harbor County and Pacific County.
- Several times a year, I travel to the Family History Library (FHL) in Salt Lake City. While there, I am available to do a broad range of research on U.S. records and Swedish records. (See the FHL catalog).
- I also offer the following services:
- Record retrievals and "look-ups" including obituaries; deed, land, court and vital records; cemetery and military records; etc.
- Digital photographs of gravesites and old homesites and other places of historic interest.
- U. S. census records searches.
- Searches of major 19th century U.S. newspapers: What news might your ancestors have discussed? What events shaped their lives? What was the weather like when your immigrant ancestor arrived in New York City?
